Worst clinic experience. They book appointments but the doctor never sees you on time—mine was delayed 45 minutes. Getting an appointment is tough, and even prescription renewals require unnecessary in‑clinic visits. They don’t value patients’ time or provide proper service. I’m moving my file to a different doctor.
I’m disappointed with the experience at this clinic. Even with a scheduled appointment, we are always kept waiting for a very long time before being seen. It feels like our time is not respected at all. I understand doctors can be busy, but consistently making patients wait far past their appointment time without explanation is frustrating, especially when families and children are involved.
My doctor is a wonderful lady. She shows concern and takes the time to help with the issues I have. She knows when a specialist should become involved. If you are a walk in expect a wait time because it is a busy office. At this time there are 2 female doctors 5/1/26.
