I rarely write reviews but today I walked in for Mother’s Day flowers and received an amazing experience. The owner was in and made sure every single customer left with a beautiful bouquet and the bank for buck compared to other florists for the quality of flowers you get is worth it. I found that even their “filler” flowers that go around the bouquet are high quality ( not just leaves) things like gorgeous eucalyptus and lavender. The boy and I were out on a bike ride while mom was enjoying a spa day, and we decided we wanted to surprise her with a nice bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day. We locked up our bikes, went in, and within 15 minutes they had helped him pick out and create his own custom arrangement at a really great price. The staff were incredibly kind, quick, and welcoming, especially considering it was Mother’s Day, one of the busiest days of the year. The flowers themselves were beautiful, but the service was unfortunately quite slow for such a simple bouquet. There seemed to be some miscommunication on their side regarding the order timing. That being said, she was very kind and gave me extra flowers to make up for the misunderstanding, which I really appreciated. Hoping the service side improves moving forward.
I buy flowers from almost everyone, but I’m really happy with the quality. Once you get them home, they mostly just die in a few days. However, with this store, the flowers are running strong after even four days they’ll look so beautiful and they smell great and the service is spectacular.
I’m so incredibly disappointed right now, I’m on my way to a funeral and I asked for an arrangement of flowers for $50. A bouquet that I had ordered from this place a year ago, I gave them a budget of $30 and it was beautiful! It was big and had a gorgeous presentation. I had high hopes that I would be getting the same experience this time aswell but I guess not.
