Horrible customer service !!!! I have a the ellipticycle for less than 1 year and few months. Breaks ceased and break lines rusted out . Material is trash. Also complained about pedals wearing quickly- issue completely ignored! Customer service is horrible and they refused parts to fix my issue. They don’t care about their customers, Dave gets your money and acts like you don’t exist! If you have a choice, don’t choose Streetstrider!

This gets two stars because if the actual machine worked, it would be great. I ordered this machine paid the extra fee to have it shipped put together and the day I took it out after I watched the video and made sure I did everything right, including calling to ensure I was on the right track. I took it out for a test ride and it still malfunctioned. The company does not have a way to pick up the machine to fix it, nor are they honoring a mobile service to fix it.
