Very friendly when reaching out for information and very fast to respond. The unit is perfect!
Owner has lost his way. Used to be a great place to store stuff. Now the owner has a huge ego. He’d rather spend his time talking with people on twitter than improving his storage business.
The worst experience ever. I do not appreciate the way that Ellie spoke to me. I was told no management was available and its protocol that customers are not transferred to management. The pictures and video was sent and Bolt continues to harass me. Unsafe and the property is trash.
