this community is good for senior living/home buyers , all amenities are useless and do not fall for them. Do not believe of any sales pitch about trail to nearby ODay park, for the amount of HOA fee's ( $650+ and more every year with increase) and how they are spent is ridiculous in this community and people talk about house value based on grass color, and HOA/Community elect simply considers/works for few home owners only and there is REALM fee as well every Year to consider which most of the times never told before buying... read more
