Been dealing with them for a week now was told today I would know about my financing here it is 4:57 p.m. 3 minutes before they close and nobody had the common courtesy to text me or call me That's really not the way to run a car dealership
We have had our car 3 weeks and we got a flat tire on the side of the Northway we called them not because we expected a free tire but because we needed help they basically said oh well to bad call a tow company now the cops are here and we are getting a ticket for sitting on the side of the Northway with a flat tire. been waiting for a loan approval finally got back to me told the sales rep in the beginning of our phone conversation that I have 1,100 to put down on a vehicle the have a vehicle for sale for $7,800 they want me to put 3,500.00 down mine as well buy the car outright i understand that the sales rep was doing what ever he could but the bank is being stupid ridiculous and wouldn't do anything to help us
