Bad customer service over phone, no one picks up and the main phone number is not the number for the exact Anaheim location which reduces time to connect. Everything else and in person is great! Just need to improve phone customer service
I am a guitar builder (Luthier) Yesterday, I went down to Street Tree Revival in Anaheim. John had some beautiful highly figured Red Iron Bark that I've been looking for for my next acoustic guitar build. I bought two boards with different unique figuring. John had also cut up some beautiful quarter sawn billets of California Red Fir, a wood he suggested would make a great guitar top. As an avid woodworker, I always enjoy a good hardwood store and have visited / used many both locally across the country. But Street Tree Revival, is different, and hands down my favorite place to visit and get wood. Its unique in format, and because it is converting wood trees in our own local urban forest into usable lumber, it is filled with woods you simply cannot get elsewhere.
