Our vehicle needed a timing chain repair. Ray kept the vehicle for months claiming difficulty in getting parts. When he finally told us the car was ready, we picked it up and paid for the repair. He did NOT actually do the repair. We had the vehicle looked at by two other mechanics. Both noted that the repair had not made. We took the car back to Ray. He claims to have done the work this time. However, the motor literally fell apart shortly after picking it up from him.
