Bad communication, pushing repairs further back, vehicle not fully repaired after 10 months. Adds miles to your vehicle even though it’s supposed to be repaired/stored.
Juan has had my vehicle for 10 months and has been telling me I’m getting it back next week, it’s almost done, we are finishing it up, we are wrapping it up for approximately 7 of those 10 months. It’s become increasing frustrating as of late because he provides no real feedback when I ask him for an update and he’s too busy to answer phone calls or text. My suggestion is to stay clear of this dude and his business you’re only going to lose.
shoutout to street dreams garage for the good work! my bmw got hit and i went to juan and he took care of everything in a timely manner , going to them for every vehicle maintenance i need done
