From the very first phone conversation Tom was top notch. The knowledge and expertise SDS Employs is second to none. Tom and the team got my issue diagnosed, serviced and back on the road in no time at all. The team went above and beyond for me. I’ve never felt more comfortable or well taken care of with a repair facility as I did with SDS. I won’t be taking my Duramax anywhere else.
Truck was going into limp mode and Tom got me in and fixed the problem the same day. Was still able to make my trip up north.. saved our weekend.
I needed some help with my transfer case and tom was awsome helped me out. He had parts in stock and even gave me a hand with the seals. i recommend this shop to anyone looking to get quality work at a fair price.
