The Street Department is awesome. I have had the need to call on two occasions. They helped me and resolved the issues promptly and professionally.
The street department is really disappointing. I wish never purchased house in Rochelle and know I realize why so many house for sale in Rochelle. Service between Rochelle municipal and street departments really sucks . Employees need better training for customers. Is that why we pay so high taxes for ? .
