Under our agreement, she assumed responsibility for making the mortgage payments while the loan remained in my name. Since closing, the agreed-upon payment schedule for the initial deposit was not consistently met. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication Mrs Robert gives. She repeatedly says she will call and follow up but never does. You call her she never answers she will then send a text saying she will reach out to you but never does .There is a clear lack of professionalism and communication.
