Well run and well managed condo complex in lovely setting along the Clinton River and the Clinton River trail.
Good, but getting developed around the zone, and hold on to your britches for a wonderful experience !
Unless you are over 60, white, and bored out of your mind, don’t even consider this place. The petty residents will report you on everything they can pick at. It’s creepy that people watch everything I do and take photos of my home and the association supports this behavior. RUN from this place!
