The manager is a really good person. And very helpful with all your needs. Her name is Mrs. Juanita. She been the manager for 4 years just wanted to say I really appreciate her.
This is the worst place I have ever lived in.. roaches. Constant breaking down of AC garbage disposal kitchen appliances. The management is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Especially coming from a tenant that pays his rent on time.. after 2 years it's time to go. These little upgrades are bull shit your rent is going to get raised because of it..
Excellent place to live, safe, clean and affordable, although I was saddened that they don't allow pets of any kind for people who live alone and can't have the company of a beautiful dog. Otherwise, the administration and manager are super polite and good.
The staff is very nice but just lack on fixing things inside the unit that’s just the only flaw they worry bout the outside and not the inside it’s a lot of stuff that don’t work in my unit been waiting for them to come out to fix the sink fridge but other then that they are very nice. But just need more help
Juanita is upfront nice and honest and she gave me all the information and she is very helpful smile have me laughing she is very nice I recommend everyone talk to her
