Incredibly unorganized and incompetent staff and management, from day one moving in have had problems, from work requests being left onhold for weeks, to getting told different things from different members of staff. They couldn't even get the address right on the lease they sent us, and are charging us penalty fees because the wrong address was sent to edison. Ridiculous, would not recommend this place to anyone.
If you’re considering moving here, please read this in it’s entirety , even though it’s long! I’ve lived here for a year and a half and I absolutely love it. It irritates me when I see people complain about the amount of work that’s being done; obviously they’ve never lived in an older complex where improvements are never made - everything done here has been to make it a better experience for residents, from painting and cleaning exteriors to replacing toilets and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. Be alert. They are fraud and cheaters. They changed my inspection report on my back after I signed and they try their best to take away all deposit. They took my 700$ deposit and charged additional 1000$ for appliance replacement. They have roaches issues and they try to rub it on tenants saying we didn’t keep apartments to clean. I would have sued them for changing inspection report on my back but they got lucky as I didn’t take picture of report for proof. DONT FORGET TO TAKE PICTURE OF INSPECTION REPORT.
Great place, friendly staff, maintenance keeps the grounds looking beautiful! Marci Reyes was so helpful with our move, she made our moving experience easy.
