I’ve dropped in on streamline twice now on Fridays during spa night. What a fun time. Short warm-ups with 11 to 12 three minutes sparring sessions. I go with my son who’s 14 years old and I’m 52. We’ve been training for about a year and there is a nice variety of levels and fighters there. The cushions are very soft all throughout the gym. A nice sparring area and a beautiful ring. Great people here and high level grapplers! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area or dropping in! Had a great time dropping in for some solid rolls!
Great gym with a family like atmosphere
No matter your skill level or coordination, from beginner to pro this gym has a class for you. I’m new to kickboxing and BJJ and very uncoordinated but all the coaches have been so friendly and helpful. It’s a really great community of people, including super advanced people, who are super supportive and fun to learn from. In addition to being a really clean gym, they’re always improving and updating. 10/10 would recommend to anyone from kids to beginners to advanced people.
