Main water line broke at 3pm on a Friday and the wife was making calls as I headed home to help. Will at Streamline answered right away, said they were swamped and likely couldn’t do it, but he would call his techs and ask. Will remembered our house and running the gas lines. He got back to my wife within 10 minutes and within an hour the technician Bobby was out. He went above and beyond, fixed the pipe and made sure everything was clear and running right before he left. I would give a 0 if i could. Charged my mother 256 to snake kitchen sink drain. Tech didnt even know how to use the machine. Snake was slapping hard against pipes. Had wrong gloves on which caused the snake to wrap around his hand. I got my gloves and taught him how to use the machine. Didnt hook plumbing back up right. I had to go back behind him and fix it. And these people advertise as professionals.
