I've had the pleasure of working with Brad and his team in the spring/summer of 2021. I hired them to build my school based on architectural plans that I've provided them with. The project was completed on time and within less than 10% over of the price we've agreed on. Like any project, we've had our share of hurdles to overcome; however, Brad and Duane have been in constant communication and tried to help me solve issues that sometimes were not even in their scope of work.
