I submitted an Angis request yesterday morning when my water heater flooded my garage. Rich contacted me less than five minutes afterwards and from the start of our interaction I could tell he was sincere. He offered me a phenomenal price, and my water heater was replaced this morning with no issues. Dylan was professional and kind. This company and the owner, Rich are personable, upfront, honest and have integrity. They want you as a customer for life and aren't just trying to squeeze you for an extra dollar. I appreciate being made to feel important, even though they are busy...they make time for you and build trust. They do it right. Excellent plumbing company.
