I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability from HOA Management Company called Streamline with Sugar Oaks Subdivision . They are quick to send out emails enforcing rules and regulations, yet they fail to maintain basic responsibilities. An example is the broken signage at the entrance of our neighborhood , which has been left unattended for far too long, over 6 months. Not to mention half dead plants as well. Horrible and i mean HORRIBLE customer service. I rarely leave a review on anything but I’m going out of my way to warn other about these people. I called because our vehicle had gotten towed after after being parked by the street, keep in mind it’s not in the way of anything and there’s nothing against parking a vehicle out there according to our lease.
