The most basic form of communication is so complicated. They refer you to a portal which is supposed to create a path of ease for most anything, except it doesn’t. Then my husband gets a call back after I gave them my number to call back, my number is listed in their files, and he was met with rude attitude and remarks like it’s our fault their portal is insufficient in resolving our issue. Do better.

I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability from HOA Management Company called Streamline with Sugar Oaks Subdivision . They are quick to send out emails enforcing rules and regulations, yet they fail to maintain basic responsibilities. An example is the broken signage at the entrance of our neighborhood , which has been left unattended for far too long, over 6 months. Not to mention half dead plants as well.
