My garage door came off the track after coming down on my car on a Saturday afternoon. I called Streamline because it’s a small local business and the owner (Rahn) lives just a couple blocks from me. Rahn was initially very responsive, encouraged that I get the door fixed that night to be safe, and sent someone out within a couple of hours. professional and honest company
I put my garage door in Dec 2021. I have had issues with garage door opener (Genie). Request for service since March 2022. Can't seen to get a response from owner. Left several messages & text. Still waiting for repair and a call back. Can you please make good on your word. I trusted you when you said you your local and it wouldn't be a problem with coming over for repairs. I'm still waiting.
Installed a garage door back in May of 2021, couple months later, the cable came out of place, but fortunately someone was able to stop by on the same day and fix it. However, the issue returned a couple of weeks ago and the tracks are bent, causing the door to be slanted and cannot be closed completely.
