I did a loan with streamline funding and they changed the pre agreed loan terms on closing day by adding 2 points and raising the interest rate, then they took about a month to process many of the draws but had told me they always fund in days. They almost caused me to lose my property to them and ate up most the profit in their fees causing it to take over a year. They are a predatory lender in my experience and should be avoided.
Friendly place to work and a team that cares about getting borrowers the best deal possible.
