I hired this company in January to install 14" of cellulose insulation in my attic and their Airkrete insulation product in all of my walls. After their first installation visit on January 16 I had to have this company come to my house at least 6 more times to get them to fulfill their contract with me. These guys are Crooks. Took advantage of an elderly woman. Ripped her off and wouldnt give her money back even after the association hadnt approved her install.
These guys are crooks. Ripped off an elderly widow. Stay away form this bunch. The salesman Steve also sells snake oil.
I called for a roofing repair estimate. They were not interested in setting up an appointment to look at my roof unless “my husband” was going to be available. I was appalled. They argued that that they wanted both deciders to be present at the estimate. I have spoken to both men and women who have worked with Streamline before. The men were never asked to have their wives present but the women were. Such a sexist practice!!

Stephanie, We are a professional roofing and exterior remodeling company. Our office staff are required to ask for all decision makers to be at an appointment for a major home improvement estimate like a roof regardless of gender. If your husband called for a roof estimate, they would have asked for his spouse to be there. Your statement that we never asked the men for their wife to be there for an estimate is simply not accurate. Had attic insulation put in. Great service. Drew was very professional, put down plastic over all the closets and floors. Very great service. House is a lot more comfortable now.
after complaining to the BBB, they refunded $300.00 of the $5045.00 bill.
Drew and John came out this morning to put insulation in our attic. They did a great job! They work together very well. Obviously they both are very knowledgeable about the job. They had come out last week to insulate the sill plate in the basement; another job well done! About 1 1/2 years ago we had our roof replaced including gutters and the posts on our front porch replaced. That work convinced us to get your people back out to do this insulation work.
