Erin is great to work with and always responds quickly to our questions.
Erin and her associates have been nothing short of amazing. As a new HOA President, she has guided us thru numerous issues as well as helping us build a cohesive board and neighborhood. Her insight is invaluable. She is responsive and complete when I have questions to her. If you are looking for a Property Management Company, go no further.
Erin has been extremely easy to work with. She has been prompt, compassionate, and diligent whenever we have called or emailed her with a problem in out HOA. I value her input and suggestions that she has whenever we have non compliant members. I am glad our HOA found Erin.
My wife and I were told, and damn near promised, we would have a lease to sign once we got all our documents to Erin for her to give to owner to review. THE VERY NEXT DAY we had to call her multiple times to find out what was going on, all for her to tell us the owner went with another applicant. We paid $150 in application fees and time gathering documents that she requested because we “[were] the preferred applicant over the other one”. Erin has been, in my experience with her, horribly unprofessional as a property/subdivision manager! I’ve had to contact her numerous times about information that is her job to provide, She’s been unresponsive for weeks and when I’m finally able to reach her she’s extremely rude in resolving issues that her negligence has caused. Oh and she likes to hang up on residents rather than communicate as you would expect a “manager” to do. Do yourself a favor and avoid her at all costs!
