Erin has been, in my experience with her, horribly unprofessional as a property/subdivision manager! I’ve had to contact her numerous times about information that is her job to provide, She’s been unresponsive for weeks and when I’m finally able to reach her she’s extremely rude in resolving issues that her negligence has caused. Oh and she likes to hang up on residents rather than communicate as you would expect a “manager” to do. Do yourself a favor and avoid her at all costs!

Erin is not very professional from a tenant's stance. She has not been very responsive, diligent nor expeditious in handling the issues and concerns of the property and tenant. I get that a property manager's main concern is to their clients in minimizing their costs, but tenants are living in properties that she is managing and it is only right to correct the issues promptly at her clients' property. She should also keep the communication lines open with tenants, keeping them abreast of what's happening and stop saying how ... read more

I NEVER hear back from anyone regarding any questions or concerns I have. But trust if you're behind on your HOA fees or if they're looking to collect from petty violations....anything involving MONEY you will receive feedback. I would not recommend using this agency to even manage a MCDONALD'S let alone a subdivision/property 🙄

Erin Poyner is one of the worst people I've ever came across in my 40 years of life. I've yet to meet her but She not only illegally evicted my family and I but lied about the entire situation. She told my family and I that she would make the necessary repairs to the house we were renting from her but told us we needed to move out in order to do so. I questioned this because it made no sense. She then moved someone else in less than a month later, stole our security deposit and wouldn't respond to our emails, texts or calls.... read more
