I have never had such a negative experience with a service company. When our basement flooded we did all of the work done getting the water out ourselves but had ServiceMaster come to let us know if there was more they could do. They misrepresented their capabilities from the start in order to get our business. When they left they "certified" that areas of our basement were dry. When our office calls them regarding a client in need of their service, their response time is fantastic. They do great work and our customers are always happy with the job they perform. Aaron and Paul have been great to work with.
Every one involved was very efficient and professional. That fact that all the technician were extremely courteous was a bonus!
