Absolutely would not recommend doing business with these people. My father's moving & receiving business has been up and running for 20+ years, and we've had our operations running for 10+ years at the 7811 North Shepherd business center property. We let management know months in advance about our interest in renewing and even received the green light from them in person. Not a customer but who ever was driving their company car tonight chose to cut across mason blvd from the far right lane to the far left turning lane(3 lanes of traffic) realized they were in the wrong turning lane and cut back to the middle lane not realizing I was already there. No regard to others around them. If this is the kind of people they higher I can see why their reviews are crap. Do better or close your business. Very unprofessional. They do not answer the phone, return calls, or answer voicemails. Very inconsiderate of people's time. We repeatedly called for more information on an office space and never heard back. The listing was removed and presumably someone else ended up with the space.

David Lamberton is very unresponsive and unprofessional, called to inquire about a property told me he was busy and would call me back never did as well didn’t answer texts.
