The only positive part of our experience was working with Krystall
While the operational aspects of this business are impressive (ex: ease of obtaining a quote, booking a service, responsiveness of customer service, billing/payment), the quality of the cleaning left something to be desired. For $250, I expected for them to use a ladder to really clean the outside of my windows, not simply a hose that I could've done myself. Streaks and spots remain. Streak Free rescheduled promptly after being delayed by weather and did an outstanding job pressure washing our front walk and back patio. They looked like new after Streak Free finished, and they cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again in the future.
