Broke an agreement of managing my dad's property after I tried to find renters, a Facebook post of all things, (which was what they were supposed to do) and left the property in worse shape than we left it before handing the key to them, said they would keep it clean and rent ready (all things a PM is supposed to do) but never did and never stayed in touch even when we reached out.
