I have had a very good experience with Strayer. Kelly is such a nice lady and is ALWAYS willing to help with anything. I love my apartment! It's spacious and clean! If I need something done (fixed), I just go to their site and put in a request.

Broke an agreement of managing my dad's property after I tried to find renters, a Facebook post of all things, (which was what they were supposed to do) and left the property in worse shape than we left it before handing the key to them, said they would keep it clean and rent ready (all things a PM is supposed to do) but never did and never stayed in touch even when we reached out. If we had to get another company to do the work instead we would have been forced to replace the locks because they refused to get back in touch ... read more
