If I could give them negative stars they'd get a -5. Complete nightmare. The system is still not properly installed, 6 months after the contract was signed. Supposed to be done in 3 months. Strawberry Solar constantly shifts the blame to the electrician, Premium Electric, who was the subcontractor. Constant "apologies", constant delays, followed by periods of flat out ignoring everything. I'll be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General for starters. I worked with these guys to put 10 solar panels on the roof of our condo in Detroit. They were super supportive in working with our home owners association, coming to several meetings and answering any questions. All the way through the project, these guys were super responsive and did great work!
We just Love our system! It looks nice and helps greatly with our electricity costs!
These guys went above and beyond to make sure our installation was done right. Great to work with and know their stuff.
Immature. VERY unprofessional. Young and inexperienced. Beware of the millennial. Just be very careful doing ANY business with this group. Stay on Joe Nagleswoths good side. He's definitely bi- polar and flips in seconds. Not to mention the constant harrassment after the fac from all 200 of his FB friends . There may be some slander and liable lawsuits pending. Just beware and have a lawyers ready.
