I have lived here almost a year. Claire and all office staff have been wonderful. Even when I changed my mind on my move in date (two or three times) to move in earlier than planned, Claire quickly accomodated. The maintenance has been amazing. My heat broke the night before Thanksgiving. My after hours, pre-holiday call was answered quickly and efficiently- someone was here fixing my heat within 15 minutes of my call. 2024: wouldn't recommend. Dated apartments charging modern prices. Water bill metered by Waterford, yet billed by Albany Management. Upstairs apartments have forced air HVAC, weak and loud, and doesn't reach every room. Washer/dryer is on site, but doesn't work well. Ground floor units have ants and more (dated foundations etc). Definitely look elsewhere and ask around before choosing here.
