Strawberry Hair has the worst service I've ever experienced. They lied to me about their products over the phone, to begin with, and told me they could do colors they were unable to do. When I showed a picture of myself and my haircut a few months earlier, they completely ignored the picture and gave me another style altogether. I was so upset I was crying, and I headed to another salon (hood up) immediately, where the other salon's hair dresser revealed that my cut was not only the wrong style, but uneven and lopsided.
