Such terrible horrible service and service ppl. Will never ever dine there again, i've already told friends and family and they will never dine there ever and their telling their friends also. Never had such a bad dining experience in my life til i ate there. The woman was worse than the guy, she was so very rude and unpleasant, but i was cool about it and let it go. Horrible experience! Ordered 4 buffets and was told that we had to wait till we finished our food before they could bring us more. WTH! We're not children! Then when we DID ask for more, it took another 20 minutes! So we order a pitcher of beer while we wait. The guy says he'll bring it over. He pours the beer from tap while we're sitting across the room where we can see him helping 3 more people while our beer sits there getting warm.
