Came by during the snowstorm to see about getting a replacement key cut for my truck bed cover that had bent because the lock was frozen. Unfortunately Roger at Strauss Security Solutions was not able to find a blank that fit, not for lack of options simply because the lock is a cheap Chinese piece of crap. That being said he and his coworker were fantastically helpful trying all different kinds of blank keys and even modifying the groove on the blank to try and get it to fit. I want to thank Strauss Security for the excellent service and professional installs! I have used Strauss for 8 plus years at both my home and my business. We built a new house and had a very complete install done with cameras and all the bells and whistles and we are very happy! Also, we have never been broken into at home or our business because people know we have security! A very special thanks to Jacob who goes above and beyond for us!!
All of my family for their personal homes and our businesses have done business with Jacob and the Strauss Security Solutions team for many years. We have never experienced anything bad from either Jacob or the company itself. We were always treated with great respect and to this day they still provide exceptional customer service.
Once Jacob has your name on a signed contract everything changes. Gone is the friendly polite service that he provide while trying to earn the business. After the sale he treated us like we weren't worthy of his time. This is from a 10 year customer.
