Never had the displeasure of meeting anyone so incompetent and money hungry
Mj Weinberger and his whole office have really worked hard, especially during Covid helping keep retail spaces rented, not an easy task. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone trying to rent out industrial/retail in this crazy market.
MJ unprofessional and money hungry his requirements don't make sense and it feels like he does not want to lease the locations also he was racist against a new Latino company. Not a friendly small business owner realty
