Elaine is an amazing property manager during my past 3 years. She always liked having residents gatherings in the club room during holidays, maintenance was quick with fixing little issues. The washer dryer stacked uses more water and louder vs others, but are being replaced.The gym and hot tub (7a-10p )were my favorite part of staying at this property . Small Study/Meeting room for in the lobby with WiFi and a dog wash for all the furry friends in the building.Parking area is all gated with CCTV, no security on site parking... read more
I lived at Strauss for 3 years (had to relocate because my husband is military, not because I wanted to). I have nothing but good things to say about living here. Location is great because you're close enough to walk to good restaurants and bars, but far enough away that you don't hear them. I also loved how close it was to Balboa Park. I never had any issues with noise from neighbors at weird times & everyone in the building is very friendly.
