Several years of poor organization, repeatedly asked same questions, to resend documents, lack of awareness of court dates, not being heard on important custody concerns, irresponsibly kept uninformed even at an expected minimum. Everything was an emergency fire to get minimum attention - staff made things worse - And that’s being polite. Switched to different attorney - IMMEDIATE DIFFERENCE - ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL, CALM, COMMUNICATIVE, CLEAR & FOR THE BETTER.
