Amazing people to work with. My restaurant has many old coolers which require constant upkeep. Our coolers going out could mean alot of lost business. Strause is there quickly to insure that we don't have much downtime. Every technician is knowledgeable and pleasant. I have recommended Strause to many of my fellow restaurant owners.
Technicians take time to explain what is happening with the equipment, what needs to be done and why. Competitive pricing but they excel at the level of service.
I got a true fridge and warranty through this company . Got water leak inside fridge so I Call them out they found out it was drain line clogged. So I have to pay them . That’s ok But they only here for 30minutes And they charged me for 1.5 hours labor plus trip charge . The guy told me I have to pay him $112 per hour to drive to here plus trip charge
Most reliable company out there. The professionalism is out of this world. The quality of work is superb. These guys just get the job done and they get it done correctly. 10/10 would highly recommend.
