I'm here visiting family and needed an oil change. The staff greeted me, and was friendly as always. I didn't have an appointment, but was able to schedule for the afternoon. The wait wasn't that long. This is my second time visiting Straub Nissan. On my first visit, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Even went above and beyond with helpful information for when I returned home to another state. I'm extremely satisfied, and will continue to utilize Nissan Straub when I'm in the area.
Service got me in right away and we're very polite.
Bought a new 25 pathfinder. The staff was more than helpful and answered every question we asked. Went out of their way to make our experience purchasing our new car a great one. Would highly recommend Straub Nissan to anyone wanting to make a new car purchase.
