Sales department the people are nice.....when you go to the service department not so nice & friendly. They always make everything a big deal. They make you wait for hours & never have a loan-a-car available. I lease my cars & most of the work is included...but the feeling when your here is not a good one. They all need to take a course in customer service skills. I will not recommend this service dept ever. I will drive awhile more & go to freehold gmc.
