I have been going to Straub Pearlridge for PT. Before my knee surgery, my PT gave me 2 orthopedic doctor's names. Called his office, got an appointment to see the doctor. Very nice and personable. He went above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you Dr. V. His PA Kirsten is also very nice . So happy i went with him. Happy about my PT too. Their front desk is staffed with great people too Thank you all!! I have to see an ENT. I hope he is great and nice too!!! Plus, Pali Momi is very convenient. Yes, it's across the mall.
The atmosphere is fine, but their customer service isn’t good. Especially when you wait a half hour to talk with a representative on the phone.
Very friendly, knowledge is up to date. Beautiful offices and walls make you relax.
I currently see a few providers within the clinic. Today Lena called (front desk) and proceeded to yell at me stating that I called last week regarding my pregnancy and wanted to make sure my insurance put in a referral. She wouldn’t let me speak, continuously cut me off, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me she’d have her call me back yet refused to give me her (Lena’s) name and then hung up on me.
