Ignored my referral for months, finally called back after the 3rd referral followed by the worst bedside manner ive ever seen. I get they are busy but just warning people that this isnt the place to go.
Tried calling to check in on my referral and got transferred to 4 different UNRELATED offices until finally one man was helpful. He tried to transfer me directly but they did not answer the phone and it was around 2:30/3 pm. Called the next morning with the number he provided and was told that even though my referral was showing as accepted in multiple other systems, I was not contacted to schedule an appointment. I have been going to Straub Pearlridge for PT. Before my knee surgery, my PT gave me 2 orthopedic doctor's names. Called his office, got an appointment to see the doctor. Very nice and personable. He went above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you Dr. V. His PA Kirsten is also very nice . So happy i went with him. Happy about my PT too. Their front desk is staffed with great people too Thank you all!! I have to see an ENT. I hope he is great and nice too!!! Plus, Pali Momi is very convenient. Yes, it's across the mall.
The atmosphere is fine, but their customer service isn’t good. Especially when you wait a half hour to talk with a representative on the phone.
