Pros: 40% discount for no-insurance patient. My visit cost $175. Cons: Waited about 2 hours on a Saturday morning. Google says they open at 8am on Sat but they actually open at 10am.
I was seen by APRN Jared Geesaman. He took his time listening and I did not feel rushed. His bedside manner was second to none. His friendly and utmost pleasant demeanors put me at ease. You can tell he loves his job and is there to help the patients resolve their medical issues. I really appreciated his care and also nurse Heaven. Thank you so much!
Went with a scheduled appointment booked via phone, the reception was friendly and got checked in real quick. The nurses were friendly and helpful. This was my first appointment with Dr. Kacie Fox and she was extremely professional, patient, understanding, and compassionate. It was an overall great experience and I am really happy that Dr. Fox will be taking care of me!
I've had this lingering cough for about a month now and got checked yesterday. Not knowing that Urgent Care opens at 10am, I was there at 8am. Receptionist asked if I had an appointment and I said, "I do not, but I am here for Urgent Care for my cough." So she was nice enough to let me know that Urgent Care starts at 10am, but they will start to register Urgent Care patients at 945am. So I went home and came back just before 945am.
