Professional and fair My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Staub for quite a few years and have found their service to be reliable - what's wrong get fixed the first time in. Also, they are ethical and fair in that they don't do or recommend work that isn't really needed - they will find an economical approach to solviing the problem if possible, especially for older cars.
Straub Deals Fairly with Your Car and You. Feb 2011. We have been bringing our two Hondas here for about 1-1/2 to 2 years now, for tires once and for annual inspections. Although they have suggested routine maintenance items that otherwise might be "due," which I politely reject since I personally do the maintenance I think is necessary (we have Hondas, after all), Straub has never tried to scare or bamboozle us into buying more than what we bring the car in for.
