I visited the store recently, asked the lady for tiles options for a backsplash and she told me that I had to look all over the place . She left me alone and didn’t help me in any way. I was there for 30 minutes trying to figure out where were the adequate tiles for a backsplash. The worse customer service I have ever received!
These guys are great. I picked a fussy, difficult granite and they did perfect joint matches. Loved working with Liz, Gavin and Mike. The two installers worked non-stop to get it fully installed in one day. 100% would recommend them. UPDATE: Got the tile for my stove surround. They had the most unusual selection of tiles, were really responsive in ordering for me. Turned out great.
The staff is amazing to work with. Their selection is by far the best in the area. They helped me choose a backsplash for our kitchen, and it looks amazing. They are helping us with replacing some countertops now, and I can’t wait to see the finished product. I will continue to use, and refer them for years to come.
Great customer service from beginning to the end! We built a new house and our granite looks amazing in our new kitchen! We are extremely happy!
