tengo 2 años viviendo en este complejo estratus cinco ranch, mi primer año fue muy bueno todo, pero a partir del segundo año empezron a suceder cosas, como por ejemplo; se me han robado 2 bicicletas una de ellas a finales del año 2018 y la otra en mayo 2019, para este momento el porton de la entrada principal estaba dañado o sea presumo que cualquier persona pudo entrar y robarla pero la respuesta de la administracion es que no son responsable asi la puerta principal este dañada, intente por mas de 6 meses alquilar un garaje... read more
Stratus Cinco Ranch is a community where you receive prompt responses to your needs regarding maintenance or other issues like package notification, continuously cleaning of hallways to keep neat and the community that watches out for one another, especially the children. I've had the pleasure of calling this complex home for 14 months. I would have signed a new lease if I wasn't relocating to a new city. There're not enough great things I can say about this boutique property. The location is perfect. Nestled in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood in Katy. Its a family friendly community that's well kept. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Melissa is very sweet and Ashley has been outstanding, but everyone in the office have been great! Thank you all and happy holidays... read more

Beautiful NEW apartments. Super spacious with great amenities. The staff is amazing and attentive. Plus, being off of 99 and 1093 your in reach of some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer. Casey is a rockstar and has an amazing leasing staff. They treat their residents like they are always the priority and make you truly feel at home here.
