Parking nightmare! The management is non-existent, and the towing company acts like vultures. Even with the community being half-empty at times, residents are being towed constantly due to confusing rules and a lack of response from the HOA office. Don't be fooled by the new buildings—the management infrastructure has collapsed, and you will end up paying hundreds in towing fees just for living here. Highly disappointed.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience living in this community due to poor management practices. This doesn't even deserve 1 star. My car has been towed twice without any warning or notice. The first time, I was parked directly in front of my own home. The second time, my car was in my own driveway, yet it was still reported and towed after the property manager named Renee, sent a message to the towing company. This community is so inhumane. Private cars were towed that parked on the sidewalk in the residential area overnight for no more than 12 hours. Neighbors also complained their cars that parked alongside their garage doors less than the stipulated 24 hours also got towed. Warning everyone, please don’t move here.
