We use Stratus for our Business and they are great. We had a VIP group come out and scheduled a special clean and they did amazing. I was very impressed when I walked into the office the following morning. The crew is great and I enjoy working with Evan. Thanks guys!
I'm honestly very disappointed, this is my second time reviewing this company and neither have been good regards when it comes to cleaning the showers at the men's building. Stratus needs to improve the training for cleaning because the techniques that's being used is clearly a hazard to the safety of the people at Cherry Street mission. I was initially happy with the service. The presentation at the begining was well done and I was convinced that we had the right company for the job. We had a couple references that use them as well and highly recommended them so we hired them. Too many times did I have to contact them via email stating that things were missed, even a time they just didn't show up and didn't let us know they were not going to be here. Communication is key! Great service, everyone was friendly, always smiling and polite.
I've talked to the management of the Cherry Street mission building about the improper cleaning habits and they still aren't prioritizing it. I have multiple videos through the months looking at the shower rooms being improperly "cleaned" since they've arrived (Even before they hired Stratus). I noticed that the cleaning crew sprays the shower rooms with a water hose but doesn't fully clean the showers which means bacteria is likely to be spreading.
