Carolina and her team have been great ! She listens to us, and is receptive to feedback and the work has shown to be tidy, as could be!
We have used Stratus a few times for office window cleanings, and they do a great job. Monica has been very helpful/communicative, and the cleaning crew does a very thorough job.
The worst franchise I’ve ever had is Stratus. In the beginning, it was different; the people were nice, and they genuinely cared. But now, they treat their clients and employees terribly, like David and many others who have since left. They don’t care about us anymore because they’ve already received the full $10,800 we paid them in cash. Now that they have the money, they have no interest in helping us. Very reliable service. Job gets done every single night and done well. Management checks in frequently to make sure everything is up to par.
