We have used this cleaning service for many years and they have done a wonderful job for us.
Horrible! The contractor - Jaime Brown, does the BARE minimum. We have used the restroom right after he leaves, only to find it dirty. Nobody went in there since he left!?!?! Contacted SBS/Nora Gallegos - no reply to our issues. Pathetic! Per the contract, they are in violation and NOT doing what we are paying for! Our floors are NOT cleaned, carpet NOT vacuumed, counters in the kitchen NOT wiped. What are we paying for?? The tiny bit of liquid poured in the toilets that leaves the smell of "clean", i guess is what we pay fo... read more

Stratus completed a strip and was, and they made our old floors look brand new! AMAZING JOB STRATUS!!!
