Im giving stratus a 2 star review. Stratus wants you to setup your own business name and LLC that’s great right ? They have you get an LLC as a partnership ,but on the back end they treat you like an employee. They communicate with the accounts behind your back and do inspections without you the BUSINESS owner being present. They have you set up as a partner so they can avoid having to pay employee taxes. However we clean these buildings get charged a mandatory fee monthly, reason being the LLC established has to” buy”the ac... read more
