I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Stratton. I was taken aback at how rude and patronizing he treated me for asking reasonable questions about the condition I was seeing him about. I had a genuine concern and he treated me like a child, disappointing and unnecessary.

I had a virtual appointment with "Dr. Statton" I have a sinus infection. He kept pushing me to get tested for Covid, get the vaccine, get the booster, etc...however, he did NOT even address my yellow and green mucous, headache, etc,...I have a very strong feeling that "Dr. Statton" is a government lackey on the payroll for the CDC, and loves causing damage. This doctor is an absolute joke. If you are genuinely sick and are forced to see this man through MinuteClinic then I am sorry for you! I have strep + flu and this man dismissed me saying that it’s not possible to have both. What a joke! I am in so much pain and I’ve been crying so much. This doctor needs to be reported! When I contacted the company he works for and they said they have no record of our interaction. This man is sloppy and a fraud!
Horrible horrible. We sat in the online wait room for over a half an hour. The dr finally came online and then immediately canceled the visit without any reason why. The appt was for my 5 year old son. Highly disappointed in this dr and truly wish ppl like this weren't doctors at all. Smh truly disappointed and extremely angry.
